Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
30-day return window from the date of delivery on most items.
To start a return, email support@blythor.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return authorization and instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable: personalized/custom items and items marked Final Sale.
